Hello loves! Happy Tuesday! Hope you all are having a great start to your week. Mornings feel like Fall is here and afternoons feel like Summer is still lingering. Can’t wait to break out my blanket scarfs and OTK boots!

Breaking the rules and wearing white after Labor Day! Two of Summer/Fall’s biggest trends combined into one gorgeous top for under $17! I paired this top with distressed jeans, nude ankle strap sandals and a leopard clutch. If you are wondering if I wear these sandals everyday because you see them in almost all my blog post and all over my Instagram feed, well I do! HA! I can’t help it, they go with just about everything and surprisingly they are pretty comfy. A wardrobe staple I can’t live without!

Anyone else doing absolutely nothing this weekend?! Clement (hubs) and I are so physically and mentally exhausted from this week that we are so looking forward to relaxing all weekend! Tonight we will probably make dinner, have some wine and watch a movie. Tomorrow I’m “planning” on cleaning and organizing our house because we’ve either been out of town or too busy lately to do any serious cleaning. But we’ll see how things go, chances are I’ll just be lazy all day just think about cleaning. Or you’ll find me on our back patio with a good book and some iced coffee. Fall’s approaching so the weather in the afternoon has been perfection.

Whats on the trending forecast for Fall? Bell sleeves, chunky soles, chokers and bucket bags! (heart eyes) I’m also loving all these romantic vintage hues like dusty rose, tans, army green and rusty orange.  I’ve rounded up my must have staple pieces to add to your wardrobe to get you ready for Fall.

 

Little Black Dress

Every girl needs a little black dress in their closet! It’s an essential piece that can save you in a time when you have no clue what to wear. This LBD I got is so versatile, I can wear it up or down. I paired it with a cognac bag and sandals but this weekend I’ll probably pair it with my Tory’s or Chucks for a more casual look.

Happy Friday Loves! 

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is still going on for just another week and although a lot has sold out already there are still tons of great beauty buys left. 

This Chloe perfume smells divine, it’s one of my top 5 favorites. I always stock upon the soy candles, they are my favorite and they all smell amazing. All of my  favorites from Nars in one color collection, when I saw this I thought I was dreaming! I’m not kidding when I say this Clarisonic brush is MY LIFE! I purchased my first Clarisonic about two years ago and after the first week of using it I was seriously like “Where have you been all my life?!” My skin has never looked and felt this amazing. It gives my the deepest clean and makes my skin feel so soft and look so clean and smooth. I’m telling you, it’s a life changer!

Everyone’s talking about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and I’m over here like “I’m still enjoying summer, I’m not ready to think about fall yet!” lol! BUT I do get it, this sale is the best way to start your Fall/Winter wardrobe for almost half the price, how do you pass that up?! I am a cardholder so I did get some things I knew I needed for Fall and I will be sharing what I got with you all on tomorrows blog post. For sow I’m going to enjoy this little white summer dress with the cutest bell sleeves and sip on my coffee. 🙂

So after having the Monday-est Tuesday ever, it’s Wednesday which means we are officially half way through the week! YAY! Can you tell I’m already over this week!? lol

 I usually gravitate towards black, white and nudes when I’m shopping but this yellow top was calling my name!  This top could seriously brighten anyone’s day and how perfect is it for Summer!? I paired it with white distressed jeans, cognac sandals and bag for a casual summer look.

Friday Favorites {Summer Beauty} //.05

YAY, it’s Friday! For this weeks Friday Favorites I wanted to do a Summer Beauty Edition. I’ve been trying new products and updating my makeup for summer, so I wanted to do a blog to share with you all what I’ve tried and what my favorites are.

Lip and Eye Mask

LOVE these things, every time I make a trip into Sephora I grab a couple! The eye masks are $5 and the lip mask are $3, such an amazing deal. The best time to use these is right before you do your makeup, that’s when you will notice a change and it will last about 24-48 hours. They also have face masks too!

Tory Burch Perfume 

How cute are these mini Tory Burch perfumes?! This adorable duo was a steal at only $18, I couldn’t pass that up, my love for Tory has grown after getting these. I can’t wait to try her lipsticks next!

Anastasia Liquid Lipstick

I can’t share with you enough how much I love liquid lipstick.. it’s seriously the best thing that’s been invented! OK, OK well maybe not the best thing but in the makeup industry its definitely in the top 5! 

Chanel Nail Polishes

Chanel has had my heart for as long as can remember. I remember saving my babysitting money just to buy a lipstick. But just recently I started using Chanel Nail Polish and now I wish I had tried it sooner. So perfect for a little at home mani/pedi.

Fur Vest

So today is the last day of Summer and tomorrows the first day of Fall. So I thought this outfit was perfect for today. A little white Summer dress with a Fall fur vest, a perfect mix of the two.

This fur vest is EVERYTHING! I’ve had many fur vest in my lifetime and I will tell you, this one is by far the best! From the color to the way it fits, It’s just perfect. This vest made me really excited for fall when I purchased it a month ago, but I haven’t been able to wear it because its been so HOT. So this is my way of incorporating a fall look into this Septummer weather we are having. Can’t wait to style this vest with some Fall outfits when the weather starts to cool down.

Hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was a very busy yet a productive one, got to do a fall photo shoot this weekend which was fun and exciting because I can’t wait for fall but torture because here in California it was in the 90’s! Breaking out all my scarfs and sweaters from hibernation, I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning. I bout nearly melted though HAHA! This summer has had its ups and downs but lately its been brutal. I love it but can’t wait to bundle up in my scarfs and sip on Pumpkin Spiced Lattes in my rain boots! Cant wait to share all the fun fall blogs to come from that photo shoot!
